Payment and Shipping
You can place an order at our webshop by choosing the product and if applicable colour
and/or size. You can add several products to your basket and adjust the quantity before
proceeding to payment. Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will display this
information on the website and you will not be able to order the product. To accomplish
your order you will be asked to enter your personal data and payment information. There is
no need to set up an account.
You can pay online by Visa, MasterCard, Dankort, American Express or PayPal. If you
order from a country that is part of the European Union, prices include Danish VAT at
25%. For all countries outside the EU and USA local charges such as import duties and/
or sales tax may apply. These charges are at your expense and we recommend you to
contact your local customs office for more information.
After you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and
normally process your order within 3 business days. We are based in Denmark (GMT+1
time zone) and operate Mon-Fri except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due
to stock availability, we will inform you by email and if applicable offer to cancel the order.
Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking
information for your order via email.
Listed below are general shipping costs, which are only indicative due to conversion rates:
EU & Europe: €10
US/South America: US$15
Oceania, New Zealand: AUD$17
Other Countries: US$15
All shipments are sent by DHL, Fedex or Bring from our warehouses in
Denmark or USA respectively.
The estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days to EU-countries and the USA and 4-8 business days to all
other countries. All our accessories are shipped out with standard delivery and therefore the estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days.
