Some Capital headphones come with rubber sleeves that prevent the ear cups from sliding. As a consequence the headphones do not adjust to your head properly. If you experience this problem with your Capital headphones, please have a look at the following video that shows how to remove the rubber sleeves:

If you have lost e.g. earpads, cable or slider connectors for your Tracks Headphones, you
can buy them separately from our webshop. Have a look at our accessories.
The TMA-1 cable w/mic is not available separately, but only bundled with the TMA-1. If you are looking for an alternative for your coiled cable, you might be interested in our straight cable.
Our earphones work with all devices with a 3.5mm socket. Our earphones w/mic should
generally work with these devices as well, but the remote/microphone functionality might
be limited. Below is a listing of all devices with unrestricted compatibility with our headsets:

If your music-playing device is not listed above, this does not mean that it is incompatible

The tip of the earphones' plug operates the remote, so you should try to clean the plug
and the socket of your iPhone to see if the signal becomes better. If this does not help
your earphones might be defective. In this case, please have a look at our Customer Service & Warranty page.
This can possibly be due to earwax inside the bud of the earphone. Try to clean the ear
bud thoroughly and see if this helps. Even the smallest amount of wax can cause a drastic
drop in sound level. If this does not help, your earphones might be defective and we
recommend you to have a look at our warranty section.
The size and physical anatomy of ears varies a great deal from person to person.
Therefore we include different sized earbuds for our earphones and we suggest that
you try all of them in order to cope with your problem. If none of them should fit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Even though the product was a gift, you are still covered by our warranty. However you
will need to provide a proof of purchase for your earphones in case of a warranty. We
therefore recommend you to ask the person who has bought the earphones for a copy.
