We give a 3-year limited warranty on our products from the date of original purchase against defects in material or workmanship if purchased from an authorized AIAIAI distributor or reseller. AIAIAI will repair or replace the defective product at its discretion if returned within the warranty period to our service facility together with the proof of purchase stating the date of purchase. This 3-year limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse of the product, use contrary to instructions in the product’s manual, unauthorized disassembly or an act of God. You will void your warranty if you drop your headphones or dip them in water.
Special extended headband warranty: we now give a lifetime warranty on all defects relating to faulty manufacture of the TMA-1 headband. This is the result of unforeseen circumstances leading to TMA-1 headband snaps, which has necessitated an extensive warranty, covering the unfortunate aftermath of the TMA-1 issue. For the record: this issue how now been sufficiently dealt with through comprehensive testing and restructuring of faulty manufacturing processes. However, should you have the misfortune of experiencing a TMA-1 headband snap, you are covered by our new lifetime warranty.
In case the defective product is end of life, AIAIAI reserve the right to replace the existing defective model with an equivalent alternative product.
If you believe your product is defective and covered by our warranty, please fill out our Online Form.
After you have filled out the form we will contact you by email within 5-8 business days (Mon-Fri except for public holidays). If your product is defective and covered by our warranty, we will ask you to return your product together with your return form and proof of purchase to one of our service facilities in Denmark, USA or Australia. Once we receive your return we will send you a replacement set. Should your product not be covered by our warranty, we will inform you and do what we can to resolve the problem.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AIAIAI shall have no liability of any kind for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or expenses that arise from the use of their products.
As some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain rights, the above limitations may not apply to you. You might have additional rights to the above-specified rights and this warranty does not restrict these rights.
This limited warranty supersedes all other warranties that are associated or included with this product.
