Devised and performed by Montreal designers Mouna Andraos and Melissa Mongiat, the swings offer walkers a bright and unique poetic musical experience. ESKI designed and built the interactive system of the 21 swings.
A set of sensors determines the magnitude, timing and position of the swings, to compose musical notes according to each swing. The swing seats are LED-"light boxes" that illuminates the underside of the swings when they are in motion.
